Waiter / Waitress – Metafoodies Group, Dubai

Metafoodies Group, the Dubai-based hospitality collective behind Bisou, ALBA Restaurant, ALBA Street, and Himitsu, is looking for warm, attentive Waiters and Waitresses to join its front-of-house team. This role is at the heart of the guest experience — you’ll guide guests through the menu, ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time, and help create the kind of memorable service Metafoodies Group is known for. Whether you’re working the relaxed, streetfood-style floor at ALBA Street or the refined dining room at Bisou, you’ll represent brands celebrated for creativity and genuine hospitality. Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and guide guests through the menu with genuine, attentive service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar.
• Ensure tables are set, cleared, and maintained to brand presentation standards.
• Upsell menu items and beverages in line with the restaurant’s concept and offerings.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests or concerns with a positive attitude.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant, café, or lounge preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, guest-first personality.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Good product knowledge or willingness to learn menus and beverage pairings in depth.
• Well-groomed, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
