🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests
• Present menus, take accurate orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen, bar, and service teams
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, lounge, or hotel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days
• Valid UAE visa preferred
