Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome VIPs, loyalty members and returning guests and personalise their arrival and stay.
• Meet guests in the lobby, answer questions and recommend hotel services and Dubai experiences.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy and ensure effective follow-up.
• Coordinate special requests and amenities with Housekeeping, F&B and Front Office.
• Record guest preferences and report on guest satisfaction trends.

Requirements

• Previous experience in guest relations, front office or a similar guest-facing role in a hotel
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, professional manner
• Strong English communication; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
• Good problem-solving skills and a service-first attitude
• Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera
• Well-groomed, flexible and comfortable working shifts
