Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned section of the restaurant or bar and guide the service team during shifts.
• Ensure tables are set, orders are taken accurately and food and drinks are served on time.
• Support new and junior team members with on-the-job training and feedback.
• Handle guest queries and concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Keep the outlet clean, well stocked and organised before, during and after service.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Waiter, Senior Waiter or Team Leader in a hotel or restaurant
• Good knowledge of table service, menu items and beverage basics
• Natural leadership and teamwork skills
• Good spoken English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
• Positive attitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
