Metafoodies Group is a Dubai-born hospitality company dedicated to creating unique, innovative, and boundary-pushing dining experiences. Founded by Alexey Smirnov, Anna Smirnova, and Vladimir Chistyakov, the group was built on a simple motto: “It’s time to create.” What started as a shared passion for hospitality has grown into one of Downtown Dubai’s most talked-about restaurant collectives, known for concepts that don’t fit neatly into a single cuisine or category.

Metafoodies Group’s portfolio includes four distinctive dining and nightlife concepts across Dubai:

• Bisou — A fusion of French classics and Middle Eastern spirit, located in the Dubai Opera district.
• ALBA Restaurant — A blend of Pan-Asian flavors and European technique, crafted by brand chef Vladimir Chistyakov, in Downtown Dubai.
• ALBA Street — A playful, streetfood-style take on ALBA’s refined Japanese flavors, located at Social Distrikt, Dubai Mall Fountain Views.
• Himitsu — ALBA’s Japanese-inspired speakeasy, offering an exclusive, reservation-only omakase and cocktail experience.
