Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive guests and hotel vehicles safely and punctually, following UAE traffic rules.
  • Greet arriving guests, handle luggage with care and escort them to the front desk or room.
  • Assist departing guests with luggage, transport arrangements and farewells.
  • Keep hotel vehicles clean and report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Provide basic information on the hotel and nearby areas and support Front Office with errands.

Requirements

  • Valid UAE driving licence with good knowledge of Dubai roads and routes
  • Previous experience as a hotel driver, bellman or bell attendant is preferred
  • Clean driving record and a responsible attitude
  • Polite, presentable and customer-oriented
  • Basic English communication; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage
  • Physically fit and able to handle luggage; willing to work shifts
