Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Present menus, take accurate orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
• Upsell menu items and make informed recommendations when appropriate
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and service recovery with professionalism

Requirements

• Currently based in the UAE
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and passion for guest service
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast‑paced environment
