Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival, confirm reservations and escort them to their tables.
• Manage the reservation book, walk-ins and waiting lists efficiently.
• Coordinate seating with the service team to balance sections and reduce wait times.
• Answer calls and enquiries about menus, hours and special requests courteously.
• Thank guests on departure and gather feedback to share with the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous hostess or guest-facing experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred
• Excellent grooming, a warm personality and strong communication skills
• Good English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
• Basic knowledge of reservation systems and Microsoft Office
• Calm and organised under pressure
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays
