Duties and Responsibilities
Plumber (Engineering)
- Install, repair and maintain pipework, taps, showers, toilets, water heaters and drainage across guest rooms and public areas
- Respond promptly to leaks, blockages and other plumbing faults reported by guests or departments
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and keep service logs up to date
- Support pumps, tanks and hot water systems to keep supply reliable and efficient
- Follow health, safety and hotel engineering procedures at all times
Kitchen Technician (Engineering)
- Maintain, inspect and repair commercial kitchen and catering equipment
- Diagnose faults quickly and restore equipment with minimum disruption to service
- Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration, cooking and dishwashing equipment
- Coordinate with chefs and stewarding teams on equipment needs and issues
- Keep maintenance records and follow safety and food-hygiene standards
Food Server (F&B & Kitchen)
- Greet guests warmly, present menus and make recommendations
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly
- Set up and maintain tables, service stations and dining areas to hotel standards
- Handle guest requests and feedback politely and escalate concerns when needed
- Follow food safety, hygiene and personal presentation standards
Kitchen Steward (F&B & Kitchen)
- Wash and sanitise crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans using approved methods
- Keep kitchen floors, walls, equipment and storage areas clean and tidy
- Handle waste disposal and recycling according to hotel procedures
- Operate dishwashing machines and cleaning chemicals safely
- Support kitchen staff with basic tasks and follow food-safety standards
Commis I – Pastry (F&B & Kitchen)
- Prepare doughs, pastries, desserts, cakes and bakery items according to recipes and standards
- Assist the pastry chefs with daily production, plating and presentation
- Set up and maintain the pastry section, including mise en place
- Check ingredient quality, storage and stock rotation
- Observe food safety, HACCP and kitchen hygiene practices
Reservations Supervisor (Sales & Reservation)
- Supervise daily reservations operations and guide the reservations team
- Process bookings, changes and cancellations accurately across all channels
- Respond to guest, agent and corporate enquiries quickly and professionally
- Monitor rates, availability and booking reports in coordination with Sales and Revenue
- Train new team members and ensure reservations standards are met
Sales Manager – Corporate & MICE (Sales & Reservation)
- Develop and manage corporate and MICE accounts to achieve revenue targets
- Prospect new clients, conduct sales calls and arrange hotel site inspections
- Prepare proposals and negotiate rates, contracts and event requirements
- Coordinate with Events, F&B and Front Office teams to deliver client programmes
- Track market trends and competitor activity and report on sales performance
Sales Executive (Sales & Reservation)
- Identify and develop new corporate, travel agent and leisure business
