Duties and Responsibilities
1. F&B Manager
- Lead and oversee all food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth daily operations and consistently high service standards.
- Plan budgets, control costs, and manage inventory, forecasting, and purchasing to protect profitability.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate the F&B team, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, handle escalated complaints, and drive continuous service improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and Abu Dhabi regulatory standards.
2. F&B Supervisor
- Supervise daily outlet operations and coordinate the service team during every shift.
- Train, coach, and guide waiters, hostesses, and service staff on standards and procedures.
- Manage stock, supplies, and equipment, reporting shortages or issues promptly.
- Resolve guest complaints quickly and professionally to protect the guest experience.
- Enforce hygiene, safety, and grooming standards across the outlet.
3. Banquet Manager
- Plan, coordinate, and execute banquets, conferences, weddings, and other events from setup to breakdown.
- Liaise with clients, sales, and kitchen teams to confirm event orders, menus, timings, and special requests.
- Manage banquet staffing, scheduling, and briefings to deliver seamless service.
- Control event budgets, equipment, and resources while maintaining quality and cost targets.
- Inspect setups, supervise service, and gather client feedback after every event.
4. F&B Waitress
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks promptly following the restaurant’s service standards.
- Recommend dishes and answer questions about the menu, ingredients, and allergens.
- Keep tables, stations, and service areas clean, set up, and well stocked.
- Process bills and payments correctly and handle guest requests with a smile.
5. Hostess

Requirements
1. F&B Manager
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in F&B operations, including a supervisory or managerial role in hotels or restaurants.
- Strong leadership, budgeting, and cost-control skills.
- Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards; hospitality diploma or degree preferred.
- Good command of English; knowledge of POS and reporting systems.
2. F&B Supervisor
- Previous experience (typically 3+ years) in F&B service, with some supervisory exposure.
- Ability to lead a team, work in shifts, and stay calm under pressure.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Good English communication; knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
3. Banquet Manager
- Solid experience (typically 4+ years) in banquets, events, or catering operations, preferably in a hotel.
- Strong planning, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage large teams and coordinate with multiple departments.

4. F&B Waitress
