Store Keeper – Fine Dining Restaurant, Dubai

We are looking for an organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented Store Keeper to join one of Dubai’s leading fine dining restaurants. As a Store Keeper, you will play a critical role in managing inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting smooth kitchen and operational workflows.

This position is ideal for individuals who excel in organization, have strong knowledge of F&B inventory procedures, and can maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment. You will work closely with the purchasing, kitchen, and management teams to ensure all supplies are received, stored, and issued efficiently and according to company standards.

📝 Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials and supplies
• Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries and stock movements
• Organize and maintain the storeroom in a clean, orderly, and accessible manner
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Issue items to kitchen and operational departments as per requisitions
• Maintain updated inventory records and assist with monthly stock‑takes
• Ensure proper storage conditions for perishable and non‑perishable items
• Follow FIFO and FEFO inventory rotation methods
• Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers regarding deliveries and returns
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a fine dining restaurant, hotel, or F&B operation in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping procedures
• Familiarity with F&B products, perishables, and storage requirements
• Proficiency in inventory software and basic computer skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional attitude and commitment to operational excellence
