Duties and Responsibilities
Housekeeping
Housekeeping Attendant
- Clean, sanitise and prepare guest rooms and bathrooms to the resort’s luxury standards
- Make beds, replenish linen, amenities and minibar items, and report maintenance issues
- Respond promptly to guest requests for supplies, turndown and extra items
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and follow hygiene and safety procedures
- Report lost-and-found items and coordinate with supervisors and the laundry team
Public Area Attendant
- Clean and maintain lobbies, corridors, lifts, restrooms and other public areas throughout the shift
- Operate floor-care machines, vacuums and cleaning equipment correctly and safely
- Restock restroom supplies and keep high-traffic areas tidy and sanitised
- Report damage, spills or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor
- Follow hygiene, safety and quality standards at all times
Housekeeping Runner
- Deliver guest requests such as extra amenities, bedding and supplies quickly and politely
- Support room attendants by restocking trolleys, linen and cleaning supplies
- Coordinate with the housekeeping control desk and relay room status updates
- Transport linen and items to and from the laundry in an organised manner
- Maintain tidy storerooms and follow safety and hygiene procedures
Laundry Attendant
- Sort, wash, dry and press guest garments and hotel linen according to care instructions
- Operate washing machines, dryers, flatwork irons and pressing equipment safely
- Inspect linen for stains or damage and handle special-care items properly
- Fold, pack and distribute clean linen and keep accurate counts
- Maintain hygiene, safety and quality standards in the laundry area
F&B Production
Chef de Cuisine
- Lead, schedule and mentor the kitchen team across all sections
- Plan and develop menus, specials and recipes that reflect quality and creativity
- Maintain food quality, taste and presentation consistency at every service
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety and hygiene regulations
- Control food cost, inventory, ordering and waste to meet budget targets
Chef de Partie
- Prepare and present dishes in your section according to established recipes
- Supervise and train commis and demi chefs de partie in the section
- Maintain consistent food quality, taste and portion control
- Follow HACCP, food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Manage mise en place, stock rotation and waste in your section
Demi Chef de Partie
- Prepare and cook dishes to recipe and presentation standards
- Assist the Chef de Partie with daily mise en place and service
- Maintain food quality, consistency and correct portioning
- Follow HACCP, food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
- Keep workstations clean, organised and well stocked
Commis I
- Prepare ingredients and dishes according to recipes and standards
- Support the section chef during mise en place and service
- Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
- Follow HACCP, food safety and hygiene procedures
- Keep kitchen areas clean and help with inventory and stock rotation
Commis II
- Assist with food preparation, chopping, portioning and basic cooking
- Follow recipes and presentation guidelines set by the section chef

Engineering
AV Technician
- Install, set up and operate audio-visual equipment for meetings, banquets and events
- Troubleshoot and repair sound, video, projection and conferencing systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and keep equipment records up to date
- Provide on-site technical support to event teams and guests
- Follow safety procedures and coordinate with Engineering and Events colleagues
Painter
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling and priming before painting
- Apply paint, varnish and finishes to walls, ceilings, doors and fixtures
- Carry out touch-ups and refurbishment work in guest rooms and public areas
- Keep tools, materials and work areas clean and safe
- Report defects and follow health and safety procedures
AC Technician
- Inspect, service and repair AC units, chillers, FCUs and ventilation systems
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance and keep logs updated
- Respond quickly to guest-room and operational AC complaints
- Diagnose faults, replace components and test system performance
- Follow safety procedures and coordinate with the Engineering team
General Technician
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs across guest rooms and public areas
- Respond promptly to work orders and guest maintenance requests
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and fixture repairs
- Conduct preventive maintenance checks and report defects
- Follow safety procedures and keep tools and work areas organised
Plumber
