Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the hotel’s revenue strategy, pricing and inventory controls across all channels.
• Prepare accurate forecasts, pace reports and market analysis for leadership review.
• Manage distribution partners, OTAs and direct booking performance to optimise channel mix.
• Monitor competitor rates, demand trends and local events in Dubai to adjust pricing quickly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Front Office to align promotions and group business with revenue goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Director or Assistant Director of Revenue, or Revenue Manager, in a hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of revenue management systems, channel managers and property management systems
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Good understanding of the Dubai and wider UAE hospitality market
• Degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance or a related field (preferred)
• Clear communication skills and a commercial mindset
