Steward / Dishwasher – Orange Holding | Dubai

Orange Holding is hiring Stewards / Dishwashers to join its back-of-house team in Dubai. Stewards are the backbone of every successful kitchen, keeping dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots and kitchen areas spotless so service can run without delay. You will operate dishwashing machines, sort and store equipment, clean floors and work areas, and follow strict hygiene and safety rules throughout your shift. You will work alongside chefs and the stewarding supervisor in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No matter if you are new to hospitality or have worked in a hotel or restaurant before, this role offers stable work and the chance to grow with an expanding hospitality group.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Wash, sanitise and store dishes, glassware, cutlery and kitchen equipment
  • Clean kitchen floors, work surfaces and waste areas
  • Operate dishwashing machines safely and report faults
  • Follow cleaning schedules and hygiene standards
  • Support the kitchen team with basic tasks when needed

Requirements

  • Previous stewarding or dishwashing experience is preferred, but willing beginners are welcome
  • Good physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods
  • Awareness of basic hygiene and safe chemical use
  • Reliable, punctual and a good team player
  • Ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Basic English or willingness to learn
