Duties and Responsibilities
1. Waiter / Waitress
- Greet guests warmly, present menus and explain dishes, ingredients and daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, following Hilton service standards.
- Maintain a clean, well-set dining area, including table setup, resets and side stations.
- Handle guest requests and feedback politely, escalating concerns to the supervisor.
2. Receptionist
- Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out efficiently.
- Handle reservations, room allocation and guest account updates in the hotel system.
- Process payments and keep accurate records of transactions and shift handovers.
- Respond to guest enquiries, requests and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering and concierge to resolve guest needs quickly.
3. Front Office Supervisor
- Lead and schedule the front desk team to deliver smooth daily operations.
- Oversee arrivals, departures, VIP handling and room assignments.
- Resolve escalated guest complaints and service recovery cases.
- Train, coach and evaluate front office team members on standards and systems.
- Monitor daily reports, cash handling and shift handover quality.
4. Telephone Operator
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and route them to the right department or guest room.
- Handle wake-up calls, messages and general enquiries courteously.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
- Support emergency communication procedures and follow hotel protocols.
- Maintain accurate call logs and coordinate with front office and operations teams.
5. Engineering Supervisor
- Supervise day-to-day technical and maintenance activities across the hotel.
- Plan and assign preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP, HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Respond quickly to guest-room and public-area maintenance requests.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety and Hilton engineering standards.
- Manage contractor work, spare parts, reports and the technician team.
6. Kitchen Technician
- Carry out kitchen preparation and support tasks as directed by the culinary team.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen areas, tools and equipment.
- Follow HACCP, food safety and storage guidelines at all times.
- Handle receiving, labelling and proper storage of ingredients.
- Support chefs during service and keep stations stocked and organised.
7. Sous Chef
- Assist the Executive Chef in running kitchen operations and production.
- Supervise, train and schedule chefs de partie, commis and kitchen staff.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation and portion control.
- Manage ordering, stock control and waste reduction.
- Enforce HACCP, hygiene and Dubai Municipality food safety standards.
8. Chef de Partie
- Run an assigned kitchen station and prepare dishes to the hotel’s recipes and quality standards.
- Prepare mise en place and ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Supervise and guide commis chefs working at your station.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and safe handling of kitchen equipment.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef on menu items, daily specials and service flow.
9. Housekeeping Supervisor
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to confirm cleanliness and brand standards.
- Allocate daily tasks to room attendants and public area staff.
- Monitor linen, supplies and cleaning-equipment inventory.
- Coordinate with front office and engineering on room status and maintenance issues.

Requirements
1. Waiter / Waitress
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant (UAE experience preferred).
- Good spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Friendly, presentable and service-oriented.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and basic service etiquette.
2. Receptionist
- Experience in a hotel front desk role; Opera/PMS knowledge preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
3. Front Office Supervisor
- Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Senior Receptionist in a hotel.
- Strong leadership, training and guest-relations skills.
- Working knowledge of Opera or similar property management systems.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to remain calm and solve problems under pressure.
4. Telephone Operator
- Previous experience as a telephone operator or in a hotel front office or call-handling role.
- Clear, polite speaking voice and good English communication.
- Good listening, multitasking and memory skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with PBX or hotel phone systems.
- Ability to work shifts.
5. Engineering Supervisor
- Diploma or technical qualification in electrical, mechanical or a related field.
- Experience supervising hotel or facilities engineering teams, preferably in the UAE.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general MEP systems.
- Understanding of preventive maintenance and health and safety requirements.
- Good leadership, reporting and communication skills.
6. Kitchen Technician
- Previous kitchen experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen preparation, hygiene and food safety.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Team-oriented attitude and ability to follow instructions.
7. Sous Chef
- Several years of kitchen experience, including time in a senior role in a hotel or large restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine and kitchen management.
- Culinary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Solid understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Leadership, menu planning and cost control skills.
8. Chef de Partie
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a hotel or quality restaurant.
