As part of our exclusive pre‑opening team, we are seeking a hardworking, reliable, and detail‑oriented Dishwasher who will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. This position is essential to ensuring that chefs and service teams have the tools, equipment, and environment needed to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and glassware
• Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, floors, and waste disposal zones
• Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks such as organizing equipment and restocking items
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Dishwasher or Kitchen Steward in luxury hotels, restaurants, or premium hospitality environments
• Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining cleanliness
• Professional grooming and teamwork skills
• Pre‑opening experience is an advantage
