Stewarding Supervisor – Orange Holding | Dubai

Orange Holding is looking for a reliable Stewarding Supervisor to lead the stewarding team at its Dubai venue. You will keep the kitchen, dishwashing area and back-of-house spaces clean, safe and organised so the culinary and service teams can perform at their best. You will schedule and supervise stewards, manage cleaning rotas, control chemicals and equipment, and ensure all hygiene and safety standards are followed. Working closely with the Head Chef and management, you will make sure plates, glassware and cutlery are always ready for service. If you are hands-on, dependable and experienced in a hotel or restaurant stewarding department, this is a solid career step with a growing hospitality group.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and schedule the stewarding team across all shifts
  • Ensure kitchen, dishwashing and back-of-house areas are clean and hygienic
  • Manage cleaning chemicals, equipment and inventory of crockery, glassware and cutlery
  • Train stewards in safety, cleaning procedures and machine use
  • Report maintenance issues and enforce health and safety rules

Requirements

  • Experience as a Stewarding Supervisor or Senior Steward in a hotel or restaurant
  • Knowledge of hygiene, HACCP and chemical handling
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
  • Basic English skills
  • Physical fitness for a demanding role
