Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Support chefs with basic kitchen tasks, setup, and closing procedures.
- Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycling guidelines are followed.
- Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen supplies.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred.
- Strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Team‑oriented, reliable, and willing to learn.
