Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Support chefs with basic kitchen tasks, setup, and closing procedures.
• Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycling guidelines are followed.
• Assist in receiving, organizing, and storing kitchen supplies.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Team‑oriented, reliable, and willing to learn.
