Duties and Responsibilities
1. Sales Representative (Tissue Paper Converting)
- Identify, approach and win new customers for tissue and hygiene products across the UAE market.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts to secure repeat orders and long-term contracts.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and close deals in line with company pricing and margin policy.
- Track competitor products, pricing and market trends, and report insights to management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while coordinating deliveries and payments with internal teams.
2. Service Advisor (Arabic Speaking)
- Welcome customers, listen to their requirements and record service requests accurately.
- Explain services, timelines and estimated costs clearly in Arabic and English.
- Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to keep jobs on schedule.
- Update customers on progress, handle concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain service records, job cards and invoices, and follow up for customer satisfaction.
3. Salon Supervisor
- Supervise daily salon operations and ensure services run smoothly and on time.
- Lead, schedule and motivate stylists and support staff to meet service and hygiene standards.
- Manage client bookings, consultations and feedback to build loyalty and repeat visits.
- Drive salon sales by promoting services, packages and retail products to clients.
- Monitor stock, cleanliness and equipment, and report on sales and performance to management.
4. Machine Operators (Loom / Jumbo Bag Stitching)
- Operate loom machines (Lohia) or jumbo bag stitching machines according to production plans.
- Set up machines, load materials and monitor output to meet daily targets.
- Inspect products for defects and report quality or machine issues immediately.
- Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance, and follow all safety rules and PPE requirements.
- Maintain accurate shift records and keep the work area clean and organised.
5. Florist
- Design and create bouquets, gift arrangements and event florals to customer requirements.
- Select, condition and store fresh flowers and greenery to keep stock fresh and wastage low.
- Advise customers on flower choices, styles and budgets, and take custom orders.
- Prepare orders on time for pick-up, delivery and special occasions.
- Keep the workshop clean, track stock levels and report supplies needed.
6. Aluminium Machine Operators
- Operate aluminium and plastic processing machinery according to job specifications.
- Read drawings and work instructions, and set up machines for each production run.
- Measure and inspect finished products to ensure dimensions and quality standards are met.
- Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance, and report faults to supervisors.
- Follow safety procedures, wear PPE and keep records of production output.
7. Hair Colorist
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable colour services.
- Perform hair colouring, highlights, balayage, toning and colour correction to a high standard.
- Mix and apply colour products accurately, following safety and patch-test procedures.
- Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations.
- Advise clients on aftercare and retail products to protect colour and hair health.
8. HSE Officer
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
- Support risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work procedures.
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks and training sessions to employees.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain HSE records and reports, and monitor PPE, fire safety and emergency readiness.
Requirements
1. Sales Representative (Tissue Paper Converting)
- 3–5 years of sales experience.
- Tissue paper converting industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE tissue and hygiene product market.
- Proven negotiation, presentation and customer-relationship skills.
- Good communication in English; a valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
2. Service Advisor (Arabic Speaking)
- 3–4 years of experience in a service advisor or similar customer service role.
- Knowledge of Arabic is mandatory.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using computer systems for job cards, estimates and customer records.
3. Salon Supervisor
- 4–5 years of experience as a Salon Supervisor.
- Good in sales and client management.
