👨‍🍳 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, costing, and inventory control.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate junior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Monitor stock levels and oversee proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
  • Support in developing new dishes and seasonal menu updates.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking techniques.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume kitchen efficiently.
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Locally available in the UAE with transferable visa.
