TBK Dubai is hiring energetic and service‑driven Runners to support our front‑of‑house operations at Asma and Tok, located in Galleria Mall and Al Khawaneej Walk. As a Runner, you play a vital role in ensuring smooth service flow, timely delivery of dishes, and an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

📝 Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests promptly and accurately
• Ensure dishes are presented correctly and according to brand standards
• Support waitstaff during peak service periods
• Clear and reset tables efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and side stations
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams
• Assist in ensuring smooth service flow throughout the shift
• Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Runner or similar role in a busy restaurant
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Physically fit and able to carry trays, plates, and equipment safely
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and professional appearance
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to join within 15–30 days
