Runner – Mystic Mist, Downtown Dubai

Mystic Mist – House of Rituals, a premium lounge opening in Downtown Dubai, is hiring energetic Runners to join its founding team. Located in the shadow of the Burj Khalifa, Mystic Mist is built around the idea of ritual and refined hospitality, and every team member plays a role in delivering a seamless guest experience. As a Runner, you’ll be a vital link between the kitchen, bar, and service floor — ensuring every order reaches the table quickly, accurately, and beautifully presented. This is a great entry point into premium hospitality, with real opportunities to grow as the venue and brand expand. We’re looking for fast, physically fit, team-oriented individuals who stay sharp under pressure and take pride in getting the details right. If you enjoy the energy of a fast-paced floor and want to be part of a new Downtown Dubai destination from day one, we’d love to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately from kitchen/bar to table
  • Support waitstaff during peak periods to keep service moving smoothly
  • Check each order for accuracy and presentation before delivery
  • Assist with clearing, resetting, and preparing tables between guests
  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and service teams to avoid delays

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality environment is an advantage
  • Physically fit and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts
