🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily café operations and staff performance
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and hygiene protocols
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control efficiently
• Train, motivate, and evaluate team members
• Handle guest feedback and maintain high service quality

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as Outlet Manager or similar role
• UAE hospitality experience is mandatory
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for specialty coffee and customer service excellence
• Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment
