Manager – Noren Restaurant Dubai (Pre-Opening) | JLT

Noren, a new contemporary dining concept opening in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai, is hiring a Manager to lead its opening team. This is a rare opportunity to shape a hospitality brand from the ground up — building service standards, training a founding team, and establishing the operational rhythm of a restaurant before its very first guest walks through the door. The ideal candidate brings proven restaurant leadership experience, a hands-on operational style, and the ability to inspire a multicultural team during a fast-paced pre-opening phase. You’ll be responsible for the full guest experience, from floor operations to team performance, working closely with the ownership team to bring Noren’s vision to life. Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and overall restaurant operations, from opening to close.
• Set, communicate, and uphold service, quality, and brand standards across all departments.
• Recruit, onboard, and train the opening team, building a strong service culture from day one.
• Manage rosters, budgets, supplier relationships, and day-to-day operational costs.
• Handle guest feedback and service escalations with professionalism and composure.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role, ideally including a pre-opening or launch.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and financial/budget management skills.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations abilities.
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and the demands of a pre-opening schedule.
• Availability to join immediately or on short notice.
