This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, understands the rhythm of restaurant operations, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, guiding staff, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring smooth coordination between front‑ and back‑of‑house teams. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Area Director to uphold brand standards, optimize performance, and create a positive, energetic workplace culture. 💼 Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise, train, and motivate front‑of‑house staff.
• Manage shift schedules, floor plans, and team assignments.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ordering processes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Assist in implementing promotional activities and operational improvements.
• Maintain accurate reports on sales, labor, and operational performance.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the F&B or hospitality sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a hands‑on approach.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting is an advantage.
