Kitchen Steward – Join FYTE Hospitality (Dubai & Abu Dhabi)

FYTE Hospitality Group is expanding its portfolio of innovative dining concepts across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and we are looking for dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Stewards to support our Back‑of‑House operations. As a Steward, you play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and efficiency of the kitchen — ensuring chefs and service teams can perform at their best. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in cleanliness, work well under pressure, and want to grow within a professional, supportive hospitality environment. 📌 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
  • Operate dishwashing machines and handle cleaning chemicals safely
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors, storage rooms, and waste disposal areas
  • Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal procedures
  • Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required
  • Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
  • Report any maintenance or equipment issues promptly

✅ Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Steward or similar role preferred
  • Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining cleanliness
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
