Felicita Restaurant in Downtown Dubai is hiring a Junior Waiter to join our front-of-house team at Address Skyview. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys guest interaction, takes pride in polished, attentive service, and wants to build a career in one of Dubai’s busiest dining districts. As a Junior Waiter, you’ll be a key part of the guest experience — greeting diners, taking orders, and ensuring every table receives timely, friendly service. Felicita offers a supportive environment for team members who are new to the industry or early in their hospitality career, with opportunities to develop your skills and grow into more senior front-of-house roles over time.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide accurate recommendations on food and drink items.
• Take and relay orders precisely to the kitchen and bar, ensuring timely delivery to tables.
• Maintain table cleanliness and proper table settings before, during, and after service.
• Process bills and payments accurately using the restaurant’s POS system.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, well-timed service throughout each shift.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar front-of-house role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during high-volume service.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and evening shifts.
