Join BrewDog Dubai as a Waiter / Waitress and deliver friendly, efficient service in a lively craft-beer venue. You’ll be the face of the guest experience, ensuring orders are accurate, service is timely, and every guest leaves happy.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Guest service: Greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and check back to ensure satisfaction.
  • Order accuracy: Relay orders to the kitchen and bar; confirm special requests and dietary needs.
  • Table care: Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly; maintain tidy service stations.
  • Upselling: Recommend daily specials, beer pairings, and promotions to increase sales.
  • POS and cash handling: Process bills, handle payments, and complete end-of-shift cash-ups accurately.
  • Teamwork and communication: Coordinate with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow.
  • Compliance: Follow health, safety, and responsible service procedures at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous waiter/waitress or customer-facing hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
  • Skills: Strong communication, friendly demeanour, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge: Basic POS familiarity; willingness to learn about BrewDog beer range.
  • Availability: Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Eligibility: Right to work in the UAE.
  • Personal qualities: Professional presentation, reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about great service.
