Hostess – Fine Dining Restaurant, Dubai (3 Vacancies)

We are looking for elegant, confident, and guest‑focused Hostesses to join one of Dubai’s leading fine dining restaurants. As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for the entire guest experience—welcoming guests with warmth, managing reservations with precision, and ensuring a smooth flow of service throughout the venue.

You will work closely with the floor and management teams to maintain an exceptional standard of service, ambiance, and guest satisfaction. 📝 Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
• Manage reservations, seating charts, and guest waitlists
• Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming presence at all times
• Coordinate with the floor team to ensure smooth guest flow
• Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and assist with booking confirmations
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and entrance area
• Support guest needs, special requests, and VIP handling
• Communicate effectively with management regarding guest feedback and operational needs

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hostess in a fine dining restaurant in the UAE
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and confident demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience with reservation systems (SevenRooms, OpenTable, etc.) is an advantage
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
