👨‍🍳 Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Lead and supervise assigned kitchen sections during service.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Brass Monkey standards.
• Assist in menu development, recipe creation, and costing.
• Train and guide Commis and Demi Chef de Partie team members.
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP compliance.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure proper storage.
• Help manage prep schedules and ensure smooth service flow.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Senior CDP or Junior Sous Chef.
• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of international cuisine.
• Ability to lead a team and manage a busy kitchen section.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience in high‑volume or entertainment‑driven venues is an advantage.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred.
• Must be currently in the UAE and ready to join soon.
