Juice Maker – Fine Dining Restaurant, Dubai (3 Vacancies)

We are seeking skilled, energetic, and quality‑driven Juice Makers to join one of Dubai’s leading fine dining restaurants. As a Juice Maker, you will be responsible for preparing fresh, beautifully presented juices and mocktails that complement the restaurant’s elevated dining experience.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fresh ingredients, enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, and take pride in consistency, cleanliness, and creativity. You will work closely with the bar and service teams to ensure every beverage meets the highest standards of taste and presentation.

📝 Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, and mocktails according to recipes and standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, freshness, and presentation
• Wash, cut, and prepare fruits and ingredients daily
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the juice station
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and requisitions
• Ensure proper storage and rotation of fresh produce
• Support the bar and service teams during peak hours
• Follow hygiene, safety, and fine dining service protocols
• Engage with guests when required in a friendly and professional manner

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Juice Maker in a fine dining restaurant or high‑volume café in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of fresh ingredients, blends, and beverage preparation
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness
• Professional grooming and positive attitude
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Passion for fresh, healthy beverages and quality service
