Head Waiter / Waitress – Orange Holding | Dubai

Orange Holding is looking for an experienced Head Waiter / Waitress to lead a section of the dining room at its Dubai venue. You will guide waiters, runners and junior team members through every service, making sure tables are served with skill, warmth and perfect timing. You will take orders, recommend dishes and drinks, handle guest requests and set an example in presentation and professionalism. Working with the Restaurant Supervisor and Manager, you will coach the team, support new joiners and help keep service standards high. If you have strong fine-dining or upscale restaurant experience and want to step into a leading role, this is a great opportunity with a growing hospitality group.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead a section of the restaurant and guide the service team during service
  • Welcome guests, present menus and recommend food and beverage pairings
  • Ensure orders are taken accurately and served on time
  • Train and support waiters and food runners
  • Handle guest feedback and maintain table, section and station standards

Requirements

  • Experience as a Head Waiter, Captain or Senior Waiter in a quality restaurant
  • Strong menu, food and beverage knowledge
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Leadership ability and a team-first attitude
  • Good spoken English
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends
