Duties and Responsibilities
Spa Therapist
- Perform massage, body and relaxation treatments according to hotel spa standards
- Consult with guests to understand their needs, preferences and any contraindications before each treatment
- Recommend suitable treatments, packages and retail products to guests
- Keep treatment rooms, towels, linen and equipment clean, sanitised and fully stocked
- Follow hygiene, health and safety procedures and maintain accurate guest records
Hostess
- Welcome and seat guests warmly, managing the flow of the restaurant
- Take and confirm reservations and keep the booking list accurate
- Handle guest enquiries, requests and feedback politely and professionally
- Coordinate with servers and supervisors to keep service smooth during busy periods
- Maintain a clean, tidy and well-presented entrance and host station
Waiter
- Greet guests, present menus and take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve dishes and drinks following hotel service standards and etiquette
- Recommend menu items and answer questions about ingredients and preparation

- Handle billing and payments and resolve guest concerns promptly
F&B & Banquet Executive (Opera & Micros System)

- Support F&B outlets with scheduling, stock checks and guest follow-up
- Handle guest and client queries and help resolve service issues quickly
Chef De Partie – Pastry
- Prepare and present pastries, desserts, breads and baked goods to hotel recipes and standards
- Manage mise en place and production for the pastry section each shift
- Maintain strict food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
- Control portions, minimise waste and monitor stock and ordering for the section
- Guide and support commis chefs working in the pastry kitchen
Chef De Partie – Hot Kitchen
- Prepare and cook dishes at your station to recipe, quality and timing standards
- Set up the section with complete mise en place before every service
- Follow food safety, hygiene and HACCP rules at all times
- Monitor stock levels, control portions and reduce waste
- Supervise and train commis chefs and support the sous chef
Commis III
- Prepare ingredients and mise en place under the guidance of senior chefs
- Assist with cooking and plating dishes during service
- Follow recipes, portion guides and presentation standards
- Keep the work area, tools and equipment clean and safe
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures and store food correctly
Guest Service Agent (Opera System)
- Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out efficiently
- Use Opera to handle reservations, room assignments, postings and billing accurately
- Respond to guest requests, questions and complaints courteously and promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge and other departments to fulfil guest needs
- Process payments and keep shift handover records up to date
Bellman cum Driver
- Welcome guests at the entrance and assist with luggage on arrival and departure
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room and hotel facilities
- Drive guests and hotel vehicles safely and on schedule for transfers and errands
- Keep the lobby entrance, luggage trolleys and hotel vehicles clean and in good order
- Provide directions and local information and coordinate with the front desk

Commis III
