We’re seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead our culinary operations, elevate menu standards, and shape the kitchen culture from the ground up. This is a leadership opportunity for a chef who combines innovation with discipline and thrives in creating memorable guest experiences.

🔥 Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Develop innovative menus, seasonal specials, and signature dishes.
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion standards.
• Train, mentor, and supervise the culinary team to achieve high performance.
• Oversee food costing, inventory control, and waste management.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.
• Collaborate with management on menu engineering and operational planning.
• Drive creativity and efficiency across all kitchen processes.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a senior culinary role (Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef).
• Proven background in premium or fine‑casual dining environments.
• Expertise in menu creation, costing, and kitchen management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Deep understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Creativity, passion, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
