Food Runner – Orange Holding | Dubai

Orange Holding is looking for energetic Food Runners to join its Dubai restaurant team. Food Runners are the link between the kitchen and the dining room, making sure dishes reach the right table quickly, hot and beautifully presented. You will collect plates from the pass, check them against the order, deliver them to guests and support waiters by clearing tables and resetting stations. A fast pace, good memory and strong teamwork are key. This is a great entry point into upscale hospitality for motivated people who want to learn from experienced service professionals and progress toward waiter and captain roles within a growing hospitality group.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collect dishes from the kitchen pass and check presentation and accuracy
  • Deliver food to the correct tables quickly and safely
  • Support waiters by clearing, cleaning and resetting tables
  • Communicate clearly with the kitchen and service team
  • Keep the pass, service stations and floor areas tidy

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant experience is preferred; enthusiastic beginners are welcome
  • Good memory, speed and attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Neat appearance and basic English
  • Ability to stand and carry plates for long periods
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays
