From taking orders and recommending dishes to setting up dining areas and coordinating with the kitchen, you’ll help create memorable moments for guests from across the globe. Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, attentive, and efficient service across restaurants, bars, and event spaces
- Take orders accurately and guide guests through menus, specials, and recommendations
- Set up, maintain, and break down dining areas in line with hygiene and presentation standards
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Handle guest feedback professionally and support colleagues during peak service periods
Requirements
- Prior experience as a waiter, waitress, or F&B service team member
- Good command of English and strong interpersonal skills
- Basic food and beverage knowledge, including allergens and menu items
- A positive, energetic attitude and ability to work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts across restaurants, bars, and events
