Bartender – Rocambole’s Co Italian Restaurant, Dubai

Rocambole’s Co, an Italian restaurant in Dubai backed by Infini Concepts, is seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our growing team. This role suits someone with genuine passion for the craft of bartending and Italian aperitivo culture, who can bring both technical skill and a warm, engaging presence to our bar. You’ll be responsible for preparing classic and signature cocktails, guiding guests through our wine and spirits selection, and keeping the bar running smoothly during busy service. We’re looking for candidates with previous bartending experience in restaurants or licensed venues, strong product knowledge, and the composure to handle high-volume periods with confidence. If you have a creative, guest-focused approach to beverage service and are currently based in Dubai, we’d love for you to bring your talent to our team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and signature cocktails
• Maintain full knowledge of the bar menu, wine list, and Italian aperitivo culture to guide guest choices
• Manage bar stock, ordering, and storage while minimizing waste and spillage
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and compliant with licensing and hygiene regulations
• Engage guests at the bar with friendly, attentive service that reflects the restaurant’s personality

Requirements

• Proven bartending experience, preferably in a licensed restaurant or bar environment
• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and wine service
• Strong multitasking abilities and composure during busy service
• A creative, guest-focused approach to beverage service
• Must currently be based in Dubai
