TBK Dubai is looking for a dedicated and service‑driven Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Asma and Tok, two of our flagship branches located in Galleria Mall and Al Khawaneej Walk. 📝 Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front‑of‑house operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff to deliver consistent excellence
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards
- Coordinate communication between kitchen and service teams
- Assist with staff scheduling, reporting, and shift management
- Support management in achieving sales and service goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a busy restaurant
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and problem‑solving abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to join within 15–30 days
