Waiter/Waitress – Rocambole’s Co Italian Restaurant, Dubai

Rocambole’s Co, an Italian restaurant in Dubai backed by Infini Concepts, is looking for a passionate, hands-on Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves hospitality and takes pride in creating memorable dining experiences for every guest who walks through our doors. You’ll be the face of our service, guiding guests through our Italian menu, taking accurate orders, and ensuring every table receives attentive, warm, and efficient care from arrival to departure. We’re looking for candidates with previous experience in restaurants or licensed venues, strong product knowledge, and the energy to keep pace during busy service periods. If you have a genuine passion for Italian hospitality, excellent guest-service instincts, and are currently based in Dubai, we’d love to hear from you and welcome you to a growing, design-forward restaurant concept.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, including Italian dishes, wine pairings, and daily specials
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them correctly to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining table presentation and cleanliness
• Anticipate guest needs throughout the meal and handle special requests professionally
• Process payments accurately and thank guests as they depart, encouraging repeat visits

Requirements

• Previous experience working in restaurants or licensed hospitality venues
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, ideally within Italian dining
• Excellent communication skills and a guest-first attitude
• Ability to work efficiently during high-pressure, high-volume service periods
• Must currently be based in Dubai
