Floor Supervisor – Metafoodies Group, Dubai

Metafoodies Group, the Dubai-based hospitality collective behind Bisou, ALBA Restaurant, ALBA Street, and Himitsu, is hiring an experienced Floor Supervisor to lead service on the floor. This role is central to guest experience: you’ll oversee daily operations, coach the waiter and hostess team, and keep service running smoothly even during the busiest hours. Working across some of Downtown Dubai’s most talked-about dining concepts, you’ll be the link between the kitchen and the floor, ensuring every guest, from a casual walk-in at ALBA Street to a reservation at Himitsu, gets a seamless, polished experience. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee floor operations during service, ensuring smooth guest flow and table turnover.
  • Support, coach, and motivate waiters, waitresses, and hosts on shift.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure timely, accurate order delivery.
  • Monitor service standards and uphold brand hospitality guidelines at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or lounge environment.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic reservations/table management tools.
  • Polished, guest-focused demeanor with a passion for hospitality.
