You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager to maintain operational efficiency and elevate the brand’s reputation for world‑class hospitality.

📝 Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations
• Lead and motivate service teams to deliver premium guest experiences
• Ensure adherence to service standards, hygiene, and presentation protocols
• Conduct pre‑service briefings and manage shift schedules
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth order flow
• Monitor staff performance and assist in training and development
• Support management in achieving revenue and service goals

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a fine dining restaurant in the UAE
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to manage large teams and multitask effectively
• Professional grooming and guest‑focused attitude
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
