Floor Manager – Fine Dining Restaurant, Dubai

We are seeking a confident and experienced Floor Manager who embodies professionalism, precision, and passion for hospitality. As the Floor Manager, you will be the driving force behind seamless service operations, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience from arrival to farewell.

This position calls for a proactive leader who thrives in high‑energy environments, inspires teams, and upholds the highest standards of guest care and service excellence. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager to maintain operational efficiency and elevate the brand’s reputation for world‑class hospitality.

📝 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations
  • Lead and motivate service teams to deliver premium guest experiences
  • Ensure adherence to service standards, hygiene, and presentation protocols
  • Conduct pre‑service briefings and manage shift schedules
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth order flow
  • Monitor staff performance and assist in training and development
  • Support management in achieving revenue and service goals

✅ Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a fine dining restaurant in the UAE
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to manage large teams and multitask effectively
  • Professional grooming and guest‑focused attitude
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
