Commis Chef – Esco-Bar Dubai
Esco-Bar Dubai is looking for enthusiastic Commis Chefs to join our growing kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their culinary career in a fast-paced, high-energy Dubai venue. As a Commis Chef, you’ll assist section chefs with food preparation and basic cooking tasks, following recipes and presentation standards while learning from experienced senior chefs. We’re looking for someone eager to learn, hardworking, and comfortable working as part of a close-knit team under pressure. If you have some prior kitchen experience in Dubai’s F&B industry and are passionate about developing your culinary skills, Esco-Bar offers a dynamic environment to grow and thrive.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist section chefs with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Follow recipes and presentation standards accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workstation
- Support with stock rotation, storage, and inventory checks
- Learn and develop culinary skills under senior chefs’ guidance
Requirements
- Some prior kitchen experience in Dubai’s F&B industry preferred
- Basic culinary knowledge and eagerness to learn
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
- Ability to work well within a team under pressure
- Currently based in Dubai
