Chef de Partie – Prep | Sacra Spa & Bath Club, Dubai

Sacra Spa & Bath Club is preparing to launch a new era of luxury wellness and elevated dining in Dubai. Inspired by authentic Banya traditions and refined hospitality, Sacra blends holistic wellbeing with exceptional culinary craftsmanship. As part of our exclusive pre‑opening team, we are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Chef de Partie – Prep who will play a vital role in ensuring the kitchen is consistently prepared, organized, and ready for seamless service.
This role requires a culinary professional with strong foundational skills, excellent organization, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and consistency. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, supporting mise en place, and ensuring your section operates efficiently throughout the day.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients, sauces, stocks, and mise en place according to recipes and standards
  • Ensure all prep items are labeled, stored, and rotated following HACCP and food‑safety guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the prep section at all times
  • Support chefs during service by replenishing ingredients and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Assist with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries to maintain freshness and quality

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Prep Cook, Demi CDP, or Chef de Partie in luxury hotels, fine‑dining restaurants, or premium hospitality environments
  • Strong knife skills, ingredient knowledge, and understanding of kitchen fundamentals
  • Ability to work efficiently, follow recipes precisely, and maintain consistency
  • Excellent English communication; Russian-speaking candidates will have an advantage
  • Professional grooming, presentation, and teamwork skills
  • Pre‑opening experience is an advantage
