As part of our exclusive pre‑opening team, we are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie – Grill who will take ownership of the grill section and contribute to delivering a world‑class dining experience.
This role requires a culinary professional with strong grilling expertise, precision, and the ability to maintain consistency in a high‑standards environment. You will be responsible for preparing premium grilled dishes, managing temperatures, ensuring perfect doneness, and upholding Sacra’s commitment to excellence in every plate.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook grilled dishes to perfection, ensuring consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation
• Manage the grill station, including temperature control, equipment readiness, and mise en place
• Monitor cooking times and quality to ensure premium standards are met at all times
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards within the grill section
• Support junior staff with guidance, training, and quality control during service

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Grill Chef, Chef de Partie, or Demi CDP in luxury hotels, fine‑dining restaurants, or premium hospitality environments
• Strong technical skills in grilling techniques, meat handling, marination, and temperature control
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining consistency and quality
• Excellent English communication; Russian-speaking candidates will have an advantage
• Professional grooming, presentation, and teamwork skills
• Pre‑opening experience is an advantage
