Chef de Partie – Grill | Sacra Spa & Bath Club, Dubai

Sacra Spa & Bath Club is preparing to introduce a new era of luxury wellness and elevated dining in Dubai. Inspired by authentic Banya traditions and refined hospitality, Sacra blends holistic wellbeing with exceptional culinary craftsmanship. As part of our exclusive pre‑opening team, we are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie – Grill who will take ownership of the grill section and contribute to delivering a world‑class dining experience.
This role requires a culinary professional with strong grilling expertise, precision, and the ability to maintain consistency in a high‑standards environment. You will be responsible for preparing premium grilled dishes, managing temperatures, ensuring perfect doneness, and upholding Sacra’s commitment to excellence in every plate.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook grilled dishes to perfection, ensuring consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation
  • Manage the grill station, including temperature control, equipment readiness, and mise en place
  • Monitor cooking times and quality to ensure premium standards are met at all times
  • Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards within the grill section
  • Support junior staff with guidance, training, and quality control during service

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Grill Chef, Chef de Partie, or Demi CDP in luxury hotels, fine‑dining restaurants, or premium hospitality environments
  • Strong technical skills in grilling techniques, meat handling, marination, and temperature control
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining consistency and quality
  • Excellent English communication; Russian-speaking candidates will have an advantage
  • Professional grooming, presentation, and teamwork skills
  • Pre‑opening experience is an advantage
