📝 Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to TBK standards
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation
- Assist in training and guiding Commis and junior staff
- Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during service
- Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
- Contribute to menu development and kitchen improvements when required
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as a CDP in a high‑volume restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
- Professional attitude, reliability, and passion for culinary arts
- Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to join within 15–30 days
