Al Ghurair Mobility — Cars Services is hiring Brand Host UAE (National) to represent our automotive brand at showrooms and events in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This customer‑facing role focuses on delivering warm, professional welcome experiences, guiding visitors, and supporting the sales team to create memorable first impressions that convert into leads and long‑term customers.

Role details

• Locations: Dubai; Abu Dhabi
• Employment type: Full time
• Reporting to: Manager — Retail Showroom
• Primary objective: Provide exceptional front‑of‑house hospitality, qualify visitors, and support showroom operations and brand activations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all showroom visitors and event attendees with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Qualify walk‑ins and event leads by understanding customer needs and routing them to the appropriate sales or service contact.
• Maintain showroom reception standards, manage visitor flow, and ensure waiting areas are comfortable and presentable.
• Provide product information, basic feature overviews, and schedule test drives or appointments for sales executives.
• Support brand activations, promotional events, and local marketing initiatives, including setup, guest registration, and on‑site hospitality.
• Manage phone and digital enquiries, respond promptly to basic queries, and log leads into the CRM system.
• Coordinate with Sales, Parts, and Aftersales teams to ensure smooth handovers and follow‑up.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of current promotions, model availability, and showroom procedures.
• Uphold brand standards in appearance, communication, and customer service at all times.
• Assist with light administrative tasks such as appointment confirmations, visitor badges, and daily reporting.

Requirements

Experience and qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or automotive front‑of‑house roles.
• Experience in a showroom, hotel, events, or high‑volume retail environment is an advantage.
• High school diploma required; diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• Valid UAE work authorization; UAE driving license is an advantage.

Skills and competencies

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Warm, professional presence with excellent grooming and presentation.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or booking systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
