About Gastro-Naut Hospitality
Gastro-Naut Hospitality is a Dubai-based, next-generation hospitality and investment company that creates and manages its own restaurant, café and lounge brands, while also offering F&B consultancy services to businesses entering the hospitality space. Founded in September 2021, the company is headquartered at The Dubai Mall and has built its reputation on culinary-led, future-forward concepts that champion creativity, innovation and elevated gastronomy.
Its first brand, Trove Restaurant & Café, is a cafe and lounge concept located in The Dubai Mall that merges art and gastronomy, drawing inspiration from some of the world’s most influential artists. Since then, the group has continued to expand its portfolio, recently launching three new venues at Kempinski The Boulevard — WooHoo, MamaBella and Ram & Roll — with WooHoo notably featuring “Chef Aiman,” billed as the world’s first AI-driven chef, working alongside human culinary talent to craft dishes that blend science and craftsmanship. In early 2026, Gastronaut Hospitality also entered a joint venture with Addmind Hospitality and Ambr Lifestyle to develop a new generation of experiential dining and nightlife destinations in Downtown Dubai.
